- Participants with back issues or those who are pregnant should avoid
- The land cruiser will be shared with a car that can fit 6 people
- Minimums are required. If there are not enough passengers to satisfy the requirements after confirmation, the reservation may be canceled. You will be given an alternative or a full refund if this happens
- Participants with serious medical conditions such as heart problems shouldn’t take part
- For quad biking, it’s best to wear comfortable clothing, including closed-toed shoes and pants. During the winter season (October to March), it is advised to wear warm clothing
- Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the tour for safety reasons
- There is no insurance coverage for the use of a quad bike, and the client must sign a disclaimer form/waiver before beginning the quad bike tour
Aladdin may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s booking for a full refund in case of:
- Bad weather
- Not enough travelers
- All packages are priced in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham).
- Packages of all kinds of tours should be fully paid for in advance.
- For safaris, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 6 hours before the safari.
- For city tours, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 12 hours before the tour.
- Refunds for entry tickets can’t be approved under any circumstance once purchased.
- Any kind of consumption of alcohol, drugs, and cigars is rigidly banned in all our vehicles.
- You can’t photograph or videotape any government, military, or police agencies.
- Taking photos of local ladies is strictly prohibited. Seek permission first if you want to snap pictures of people.
- As per the UAE’s regulations functioning as of July 1st, 2017, a child seat is mandatory for kids under the age of 3. However, Alladin Tours will issue a baby seat to children below 4.
- The care and responsibility of children who take part in our safari or excursion solely belongs to their parents.
- Unlike city tours, our safaris include off-road driving; hence, it is required that women who are pregnant and people with cardiac problems and other medical emergencies take part in the rides at their own risk.
- The date or itinerary of tours is subject to change during the month of Ramadan. In such cases, our representatives will update you on the change.
- “Alladin Tours ” has all the right to postpone or change the tours and safari without prior notice.
- All events, city tours or safaris, are subject to availability.
