- The Land Cruiser will be shared by the six passengers in the car
- There are minimum requirements. If there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements, the reservation may be canceled after confirmation. If this occurs, you will be given an alternative or a full refund
- Not recommended for pregnant women
- Participants with heart issues or other serious medical conditions shouldn’t participate
- If the passenger is accompanied by someone who can help them board and disembark, collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated
- For quad biking, it’s best to wear comfortable clothing, including closed-toed shoes and pants. During the winter season (October to March), it is advised to wear warm clothing
- Depending on availability, confirmation will be delivered within 48 hours of booking

- All ages 0 to 12 are subject to child rates. Children under the age of three must use a child seat, according to UAE law, beginning on July 1, 2017. Children under the age of four will be provided with a baby seat by Aladdin Adventure. Please keep in mind that all children participating in our safari and excursion will be under the supervision and responsibility of their parents
Aladdin may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s booking for a full refund in case of:
- Bad weather
- Not enough travellers
- All packages are priced in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham).
- Packages of all kinds of tours should be fully paid for in advance.
- For safaris, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 6 hours before the safari.
- For city tours, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 12 hours before the tour.
- Refunds for entry tickets can’t be approved under any circumstance once purchased.
- Any kind of consumption of alcohol, drugs, and cigars is rigidly banned in all our vehicles.
- You can’t photograph or videotape any government, military, or police agencies.
- Taking photos of local ladies is strictly prohibited. Seek permission first if you want to snap pictures of people.
- As per the UAE’s regulations functioning as of July 1st, 2017, a child seat is mandatory for kids under the age of 3. However, Alladin Tours will issue a baby seat to children below 4.
- The care and responsibility of children who take part in our safari or excursion solely belongs to their parents.
- Unlike city tours, our safaris include off-road driving; hence, it is required that women who are pregnant and people with cardiac problems and other medical emergencies take part in the rides at their own risk.
- The date or itinerary of tours is subject to change during the month of Ramadan. In such cases, our representatives will update you on the change.
- “Alladin Tours ” has all the right to postpone or change the tours and safari without prior notice.
