  • For safaris, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 6 hours before the safari.

  • For city tours, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 12 hours before the tour.

  • Refunds for entry tickets can’t be approved under any circumstance once purchased.

  • Any kind of consumption of alcohol, drugs, and cigars is rigidly banned in all our vehicles.

  • You can’t photograph or videotape any government, military, or police agencies.

  • Taking photos of local ladies is strictly prohibited. Seek permission first if you want to snap pictures of people.

  • As per the UAE’s regulations functioning as of July 1st, 2017, a child seat is mandatory for kids under the age of 3. However, Alladin Tours will issue a baby seat to children below 4.

  • The care and responsibility of children who take part in our safari or excursion solely belongs to their parents.

  • Unlike city tours, our safaris include off-road driving; hence, it is required that women who are pregnant and people with cardiac problems and other medical emergencies take part in the rides at their own risk.

  • The date or itinerary of tours is subject to change during the month of Ramadan. In such cases, our representatives will update you on the change.
