- The Land Cruiser will be shared by the six passengers in the car

- All ages 0 to 12 are subject to child rates. As of the first of July 2017, all children under the age of three must be in a child seat. Children under the age of four can ride in a baby seat thanks to Aladdin Tours. Aladdin Adventure may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s booking for a full refund in case of:
- Bad weather
- Not enough travellers
- All packages are priced in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham).
- Packages of all kinds of tours should be fully paid for in advance.
- For safaris, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 6 hours before the safari.
- For city tours, no refund will be issued if it is canceled within 12 hours before the tour.
- Refunds for entry tickets can’t be approved under any circumstance once purchased.
- Any kind of consumption of alcohol, drugs, and cigars is rigidly banned in all our vehicles.
- You can’t photograph or videotape any government, military, or police agencies.
- Taking photos of local ladies is strictly prohibited. Seek permission first if you want to snap pictures of people.
- As per the UAE’s regulations functioning as of July 1st, 2017, a child seat is mandatory for kids under the age of 3. However, Alladin Tours will issue a baby seat to children below 4.
- The care and responsibility of children who take part in our safari or excursion solely belongs to their parents.
- Unlike city tours, our safaris include off-road driving; hence, it is required that women who are pregnant and people with cardiac problems and other medical emergencies take part in the rides at their own risk.
- The date or itinerary of tours is subject to change during the month of Ramadan. In such cases, our representatives will update you on the change.
- “Alladin Tours ” has all the right to postpone or change the tours and safari without prior notice.
